Uncharted waters are navigable by little paper boats’ is a brand-new physical theatre performance offering an engaging experience for the entire family while addressing how we navigate the uncertainties of life. The show brings to life the captivating tale of a little paper boat adrift on an uncharted sea, embarking on a fantastical journey of discovery and friendship amidst ever-changing waters. Written and choreographed by Vinicius Salles, this original story celebrates diversity, identity, and acceptance.

Infused with insightful humour and a keen observation of social issues, the performance combines physical theatre, quirky characterizations, text, and dance. This show promises to take audiences on a poetic journey, challenging the perceptions of children growing up in a challenging world.

Vinicius Salles

Croydon based Vinicius Salles is an artist with a background in performing arts and documentary film and digital media. He is interested in exploring multimedia environments to create work that relies on the experience of the viewer.

He has over 30 years of experience in the performing arts, having performed with leading Brazilian and UK physical theatre and dance companies, including Punchdrunk, Gecko, and Jasmin Vardimon Company. he has also worked as a rehearsal director for JVC and Punchdrunk.
