Three strangers enter a lift. Together, they embark on a journey. En Route is a new work from Glitch Dance Collective that explores the tenacity of time and the chronicles of an (in)significant life. Within the confines of an elevator, we witness the inner monologues and imaginations of three strangers as they grapple with the essence of their existence. This contemporary dance work fuses physical theatre, real life interviews and spoken word with an electric sound-score to create an exciting and accessible work.

Thie work draws inspiration from music, film, poetry, people and politics. We pride ourselves on creating work influenced by lived experiences and socio-political issues in an accessible way that resonates with wide audiences. We aim to create moving, thought provoking and highly entertaining work. Glitch Dance Collective was founded by Lorna Cross Clark, Mignon Riggs and Phoebe Tompsett and has received support from The Studio, The University of Chichester and Dance City.
